It's in a good location, reasonably good breakfast, in general, all the other meals I had to accept breakfast is really bad. the naan bread I had is the worst I ever had.

Not a 4 Star Hotel
In theory, this is listed as a 4 star hotel but 4 star hotels in Sri Lanka are very nice. This place didn't even have people to carry your bags. I arrived with a bunch of luggage as a single female, my taxi driver helped me bring them in and when I asked for help from the front desk they told me they didn't offer that service. Since I didn't want to leave my luggage sitting there unattended in the lobby, I had to ask my taxi driver to come up to my room to help. As a single female, I simply didn't feel comfortable with this. I called hotels.com and asked to change hotels and it was a really awful situation. They had me on chat for 2 hours before I gave up and told them I was just going to move somewhere else. I ended up being late to my work dinner. After I called back and Hotels.com offered to refund me, they never did. 3 phone calls later and more wait time on the phone, the refund was finally processed. The point is, Sri Lanka has some wonderful 4 star hotels. This is not one of them.
