It's a beautiful place but what I dislike was the staff, when booking says free wifi but they sell you the internet and they don't guarantee that it works you might end up paying for it but it wont work, also the firewood is not good because it wasnt ready, we thought it was wet, it never turn on. Waste of money.

No aceptaron pago con tarjeta, puro efectivo y eso incomodo, tuvimos que ir a un cajero hasta el pueblo. Y otra que no me parecio cobran por los servicios de limpieza 250 pesos cuando entregas la cabaña ese servicio deberian de incluirlo

Falló expectativas
Pasamos la navidad ahí. Podrían esmerarse en la limpieza. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en la ducha. Los we siempre tapados. Las cortinas se están cayendo. Un día las toallas se quedaron dentro de la regadera sucias. Mucha falta de luz en las recámaras y terraza, por focos fundidos o porque las lámparas no servían . La base de mi cama, rota, con peligro de pasar un accidente... en fin muchos sinsabores. Pero el estar juntos en familia, contrarrestó tooooooda esta problemática.
