It was super clean, comfy, on the highway, I highly recommend this hotel
Room was fine, bed was incredibly firm and uncomfortable. Overall a bit overpriced.

A prairie gem
To describe this hotel as merely "excellent" is to do it a disservice. For this hotel, "excellent" merely scratches the surface. It is the hotel other hotels want to be. It is the Ritz-Carlton of the prairies, the Waldorf Astoria of the wheatfields, the Shangri-La of Saskatchewan. Sure, the Bear's Den, the Inn of the South and the not-to-be-missed Kings Hotel & Motel are half the price or less, but you owe it to yourself to experience true comfort and luxury. Treat yourself to a night or two at the Canalta Shaunavon. You won't be sorry.
