Amenities and services lacked
It’s says they offer free pick up from the ferry terminal. We tried calling the hotel to schedule a pick up but they did not answer the phone or call us back after leaving several voicemails. We took a taxi to the hotel and they told us they don’t offer that service. We didn’t have hot water either The breakfast is terrible but good for feeling the street dogs

The views are the only positive thing. All three of our rooms had Tons of bugs in the beds, and. ants in the bathroom. No hot water, even though they promised us. The water for showers and the sink is salt water. It was awful. When we got there I had to get them to change our beds because they were filthy, hair and stains all over the sheets. The beds and pillows were awful, sleeping on the floor would have been softer. The food at the restaurant wasn’t good. Our seafood was water logged and over cooked. The live band was so loud we could hear them in our bedroom which made it hard to fall asleep. We all woke up to BEDBUGS!! Disgusting!!!!

Loved the kitchen/restaurant staff. Very hardworking and easy to communicate with! Had an okay experience with the hotel staff. As far as cleanliness of the hotel rooms.... VERY VERY disappointed. Mold smell in the rooms, visible black Mold growing on the bedroom and bathroom walls. Sheets smelt horrible and wet right as we checked in. Hot water did not work. Clusters of Ants crawling around in the shower. Room was about 20 feet from the front desk and we lost WiFi connection the whole stay. Staff was willing to let us switch rooms to the other side of the hotel. Once again, very disappointed. Same room conditions. No WiFi access whatsoever, beds were very uncomfortable and still felt with mold in the room. Bottom line is this hotel looks beautiful on the outside, lots of activities to do around to enjoy your stay but the ROOMS NEED A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. We travel to Roatan often.... sad to say we Won’t be staying here again

The Beach was totally empty so that was nice...but not great for swimming because there is only a little sand and then weeds...the rooms need updating in a major way. Our room had this pump outside of it that ran all night. They need new beds. The place has massive potential but needs major work.
