The remote location was exactly what we wanted. The view of the ocean right from our balcony was stunning. Hanging out at the swimming pool was relaxing and peaceful.

Recommendations I feel is important: deck furniture on the decks - especially when marketing on the ocean. There was no microwave but they did promptly find one. Very limited kitchen utensils and odd numbers of dishes and utensils/ glasses that weren’t a tut enough for the unit. We really liked it but it is not s luxury condo but it could do very easily be so. Hope this is constructive comments.

The place could use some cleaning. The towels were stained, the sink was too, and there were cigarette butts in the grass. It is also far from Puerto Morelos down a pothole ridden road and there is no beach.
