One bad night.
Showed up at 4:00PM. Stood in line for 39 minutes. After going through check in I was told my room is not ready. After a 53 minute wait, got text room was ready. Got back in line. After another 47 minute wait in line got room key.
Room was fine. Went to dinner at Saltgrass. Checked in, put my number on list, was told there would be a 25 minute wait. After 62 minutes, I asked the young lady about me being on the list and it became obvious I was no longer on the list and I had not been contacted. She offered to put me back on the list and informed me that the wait is now 45 minutes. I told her not to bother.
Claim Jumper Cafe was the only glimmer of service. They preparer a perfect BLT, chicken strips and carrot cake.
Things were going so smooth, even my lady friend was a no show. One of the reasons I even considered coming to this place.
Next morning, checked out early, got to desk only to be told the systems are down and that a receipt would be emailed to me. Imagine my surprise to hear this and my doubts that I would receive an emailed receipt.
Four hours later, I arrived at my home and was totally surprised that my receipt had been sent.
