Good location hotel, friendly staff
The hotel is reasonably situated walking distance to all of the main sights in Zagreb. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and bathroom was nice and big. On overall it didn't seam 4 star hotel, more like 3 comparing to some other hotels I stayed in Zagreb.

Unfortunately the property smelled really bad on entry, it was a pungent odour that made it very uncomfortable. We tried to stay out of the hotel as long as possible, we also used perfume to discuss the smell. We regret choosing the accomodation as the photo and information do not reflect the true product as you are getting. We could have stayed a a bigger more known Hotel , although now regret not doing it, as we ate breakfast and dinner elsewhere to escape the stench.

Loud hotel
Hotel is located at a very noisy square with trams all night and cars. If you want to have an open window it is impossible. The hotel itself is not so bad....just insist NOT to have a room in the front otherwise I'll promise you that you won't sleep a bit....

Stay away from this den of iniquity
Horrible hotel, please avoid! Carpets in the common areas and bedding in the room are threadbare. Lots of holes and stains on the bedding. The room was not clean with hairs everywhere. The walls are thin, you can hear everything from other rooms. The hotel is on a main road, you can hear traffic throughout the night. The most concerning thing was the amount of people coming and going into the early hours, it did not feel safe. This is not a respectable hotel and they allow all sorts of activities to go on at night. There's no concierge on reception at night. We were due to stay for three nights but checked out after one uncomfortable and sleepless night. The lady on reception agreed with our complaints but said there was nothing she could do about it. She said we could get a refund through hotels.com for the remaining two nights, However, the hotel later refused to issue a refund for the nights we hadn't stayed there.
