Double charge
The hotel charged me twice for the stay. I was very disappointed with their administration. Expedia were also at fault. They clarified a situation but refused to confirm it in writing so making the position more difficult to resolve.

Leider zu wenig Servicepersonal besonders beim Abendessen. Das Abendessen konnte daraufhin nicht entspannt eingenommen weil man lange auf die Eindeckung der Tische sowie Getränke warten musste und die Zimmer hätten ordentlicher gereinigt werden können. Aber ansonsten sehr zufrieden.Tolle und gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal und gutes Essen.
