I have stayed here many times. I like that it is next to Shinjuku (JR) and the Bus Stations.

If you are looking for a convenient and budget-friendly hotel to stay, this is definitely the spot. It is only about a 3-minute walk from the JR Shinjuku turnstiles. Upon arrival at Shinjuku station for the first time, make sure you exit through the Mariana Tower exit as this will give you the easiest path to the hotel. If you walk past the Victoria sporting goods store, you are on the right path. Very clean hotel and you have more space than you think you will. I slept comfortably throughout my stay here.

Great pod hotel next to shinjuku train station and close to lots of good food and bars. Unbelievable bath house/ onsen. Has all amenities you need

Pleasant experience
It was an interesting experience staying at my first capsule hotel in Tokyo. You have to remove your shoes and put on slippers to enter the reception area and once checked in you get a locker, which is barely big enough for a backpack nevermind a suitcase, but you can keep you suitcase behind reception if needed so no big deal. The communal showers with artificial onsen are on the 2nd floor, and the communal relax area is on the 3rd which offers free soft drinks all day with free wine at night. All rooms are then on all higher floors. There is only one lift to get between floors, which can take a while during busy periods. The capsule bed was surprisingly comfy. There is a large selection of manga to choose from, all in japanese of course. And all amenities you'd need for an overnight stay are available, toothbrush, comb, hairgel etc. I stayed here for 8 nights while in tokyo, I'd limit my stay in a capsule to 3 nights max in future.
