The staff are exceptional. The hotel is average in services and room comfort for the price they are charging. Its still ok because its new. Hope they can maintain it.

Not what I was expecting
Nice and clean room/suite but not what I was expecting. It's a apartment suite/hotel and not really the business traveller. Good value for money but as I mentioned no hotel facilities as apartment only.

The hotel was difficult to find without GPS. The hotel has NO parking. Parking the streets and all around. No convenient ATM and the closest one(s) were broken. Staff's proficiency in English was poor at best. But once I got into the room - it was fine. Nicely docorated, comfortable, everything worked, and spacious. Centrally-located and the price was right especially as a last minute planned get-a-way trip.

first time stay ..will do it again
it was great..helpful staff and managers.,i had trouble at check in because hotels.com did not contact the property and they had no reservation. .but the manager resolved the problem in 15 minutes. .the pool is not yet ready I think it will be very pleasant for children at my next reservation. .the 2 bed room apartment is a bit small but it is clean and nice kitchen. ..tvs in every room..clean bathrooms. .and marhaba supermarket nearby ..and small supermarket next door..very very helpful and friendly staff..
