Called hours prior to reservation & I asked for an early check in. Arrived at the anticipated “early” time and room wasn’t ready until 45 mins past the normal check in. Central Park View is a total joke and almost feels like false advertising. Only saving Grace is the valet folks. Truly pleasant guys.

Disappointed by their arrogance
The room was not ready at our (4 person family) arrival. From 5pm, we had to wait another 1.5h in the lobby area and were given a 100USD as compensation for drinks at the bar. This is no way near what I would expect from a hotel that’s charging as high nightly rates and with five star ambitions. Clearly this hotel chain doesn’t care enough for their customers. I will not stay with them again.
