Very disapointing for a Hilton Hotel, dirty, old building with old furniture and poor service. I found two cockroachs in my room, a woman gave me an apology but they didn´t gave me any compliment or even a benefit for the bad moment. I also check behind and under the bed and it was all dirty, so we move to another hotel after two nights. Not worth it, will never come back!!

Nice enjoyable stay.
Our stay at the Double Tree Veracruz was very enjoyable. The hotel is clean and within walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel room is a good size and very comfortable. The location across the street from the beach was lovely. It was a quick 15 min walk to the centre of town and other attractions. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Was a good location and the prestige of the hotel, the only thing that I didn't like , was the bad sheets were dirty and i had to ask them to change like I said before was the only issue that I found.
