The hotel was a nice hotel, but it had not been kept up. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging, there was paint on the door knobs, on the trim, etc.. With COVID-19 we expected extra cleaning steps, but did not see it.

Sweeper was never run in our room. Dead leaves, dirt and even fake eyelashes on the carpet. Made us wonder if anything else had been cleaned. Won't choose Comfort Suites again.

Not very well maintained. One night the whole hotel stunk like skunk , although I think it was someone cooking exotic dish. Breakfast was literally nothing. Some fruit packaged pastry but no dry cereals. Overall I would avoid this property! Pool and hot tub was in terrible repair.

Property is convenient to highway and main roads. Close to shopping too. Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. We’ll stay here again.

New property that hasn't seen proper maintenance. Best pillows ever, mattress a little hard and trash littered the parking lot. Found trash in the room behind the desk and under the bed. Bath light was out and proportioning valve in the shower was flaky. Simple maintenance and cleaning and this would be a very nice place.

I got to my room and found the tv and remote were not synced so no tv. The air conditioner rattled most of the night but the best was having no hot water for a shower at 5 am and having no one on site that cared. I was told “that’s too bad” from the gal that checked ‘e out and told “no discounts since it was prepared through orbitz” by Fred in the afternoon.
