Exceptional
Great apartment
The apartments are very comfortable and clean. The location was nice as it was in a quiet, local neighbourhood. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the closest U-Bahn station and it was located on one of the more popular lines, which made it easy to get to places. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well laid out. I would stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Well equipped with kitchen supplies. Electric kettle but no coffee maker or microwave. Area is not fancy but plenty of shops and places to eat. Easy and quick access to center by metro. No weekday daytime street parking in this area. Building has parking in the back that is unused. No option for guests to park there is provided. Best to leave your car at the park and ride in Erdberg during your stay.

Overall nice
The local area is very poor and unclean. It is well connected with the city center and the main attractions of Vienna but the area is really disappointing. The apartment itself is fine, beds are clean and internet is excellent. The kitchen is not well equipped, kitchen utensils are not clean and we could not use the oven because there were no suitable cooking utensils. Overall nice experience.
