The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very friendly but the kitchen supplies we got were not washed and had pieces of food stuck to them.

Great having a full kitchen, and large fridge. A nice clean hotel right by shopping center, restaurants and everything just a few steps away. Love that they have a laundry room and will loan you any kitchen appliances or gadgets you may need. We were very comfortable and relaxed!

It's reasonable value, but the aircon unit was incredibly noisy as was the fridge in the room. The suites have mini kitchens but you have to request any dishes, glasses etc from reception which isnt very convenient and you have nothing to clean with so it's not quite what i thought I booked.

the staff is nice but puts their lack of staff into the responsibility of those who are staying there. In the 16 days that I stayed there, the pool was never cleaned, the showers were never attended too, the bedding was never replaced, the provided bfast was never stocked, the cooking amenities were limited and all damaged, towels were never left in the room, the floors were never swept and we were required to attend to ourselves if we needed anything in the rooms. NOT GOOD!!!

The best part of this property is the helpful, courteous, and professional staff. The current construction on the property next door makes the pool a little less enjoyable, but that will be corrected. Talk to the staff and understand how to access the kitchen needs (pots, pans, plates, etc), they have it all you just need to ask and check it out. The room was basic and we did have a musty/mold smell we think coming from the air conditioner.

I am looking for new places to move to. My visit taught me that I am looking for a smaller community. So my experience here was beneficial. Perhaps not what you are looking for. However I also learned that this is a beautiful island with a bridge that must be largest I have seen!
