Extended Suites Ciudad del Carmen Aeropuerto

It's reasonable value, but the aircon unit was incredibly noisy as was the fridge in the room. The suites have mini kitchens but you have to request any dishes, glasses etc from reception which isnt very convenient and you have nothing to clean with so it's not quite what i thought I booked.

Good place to stay, staff is friendly, clean rooms.

the staff is nice but puts their lack of staff into the responsibility of those who are staying there. In the 16 days that I stayed there, the pool was never cleaned, the showers were never attended too, the bedding was never replaced, the provided bfast was never stocked, the cooking amenities were limited and all damaged, towels were never left in the room, the floors were never swept and we were required to attend to ourselves if we needed anything in the rooms. NOT GOOD!!!

The best part of this property is the helpful, courteous, and professional staff. The current construction on the property next door makes the pool a little less enjoyable, but that will be corrected. Talk to the staff and understand how to access the kitchen needs (pots, pans, plates, etc), they have it all you just need to ask and check it out. The room was basic and we did have a musty/mold smell we think coming from the air conditioner.

I am looking for new places to move to. My visit taught me that I am looking for a smaller community. So my experience here was beneficial. Perhaps not what you are looking for. However I also learned that this is a beautiful island with a bridge that must be largest I have seen!

Personal amable, cama cómoda, todo muy limpio, medidas por covid solo que la cerradura de la puerta del cuarto falló por lo que inmediatamente me cambiaron de cuarto, aunque tiene cocineta con estufa refrigerador y horno no había vasos, tazas ni sartén.

DECEPCIONANTE..... El aire acondicionado obsoleto, demasiado ruido que interrumpe el descanso, aunado a eso no dieron jabón ni toalla de baño.

La habitación estaba un poco pequeña, pero olía mucho a cigarro, las cortinas del baño estaban muy cortas asi que el gaua salpicaba fuera de la regadera y todo el piso se llenó de agua, lo que es riesgoso. Tenian lo minimo de amenidades, el cuarto tiene cocina pero ningun utensilio lo cual es un tanto confuso. Me gustaria tuvieran mas cuidado en la limpieza. La cama esta bien para el descanso

EN GENERAL BIEN,PEROMYAL FALTA MANTENIMINO LA PUERTA DEL BAÑO NO CIERRA, ESTA CHUECA Y EL CLIMA TIRA AGUA Y SE HACE UN BUEN CHARCO EN LA HABITACION. NO ENTIENDO PORQUE PASA, SI AL SALIR EL GUESPED AVISA DE LAS ANOMALIAS Y AUN ASI NO SE REPARAN

Excelente lugar comodo y centrico para trabajar.
