Cute little hotel, though slightly hectic for New Year’s Eve. Check-in took awhile, but that was no fault of the hotel or the girls at the desk. Jen checked us in smoothly, explained the restrictions, & then we were off to our room. Other guests were pretty good about the social distancing & mostly compliant. I loved that our room had a big sofa and ottoman. There was this small partition between the bed and the desk area, so it kinda felt like you had 2 separate spaces, which I liked. The bathroom door was like this weird sliding, frosted glass thing... not super private, but whatever. No tub, only a shower, but I wouldn’t take a bath in a hotel tub for any reason ever. Other weird things, they had glass tumblers in the room, I thought that went out with the old Dateline episode on gross things that happen in hotels; we didn’t use them. Additionally, there was no liner in the ice bucket. Kinda gross, but we just used a grocery store bag to line it. Ice machines are only located on the 4th and 5th floors, we were on the 5th, so that worked for us, but I would’ve been annoyed on any other floor. The pool was open during Covid... weird flex, but ok. Parking is $14 a night. Kinda pricey. Lots of decent tv channels & you can bring your Apple TV and an HDMI cord & watch your own stuff, WiFi is free. Last, there were TONS of restaurants that deliver to the hotel. Every type of food from ethnic to fancy to fast. Stayed 2 nights, overall great stay.

I know we are living in uncertain times but I feel that this is when customer service and attention to detail should be more important than ever. I feel like no one seemed to care about anything at this hotel bu getting you in and out. O
