This hotel s in a central location with the addition of a well kept Japanese Garden. Staff were both courteous and helpful. I'm happy to recommend the hotel even though it is a bit pricy compared with the other hotels we stayed in around Japan but there again, it is in central Tokyo.

I have stayed at the main a few times I was not aware that the views from garden tower would be so good.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was great, within walking distance of the metro and nearby shops. The view was fantastic, being able to see Mt Fuji in the distance as well as the Olympic stadium nearby. The room was nice and comfortable and well kept. I'd definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo.

Staff were friendly always willing to assist. The room was spacious, we had garden tower standard looking out to the city rather than the garden, still amazing views. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on this aspect. Easy access to the underground system and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location that allowed me to explore all the sights of Tokyo, as the underground Ginza line was only a short walk away. Excellent customer service.

Overall was a great hotel Staff were friendly but wished when we arrived that they could explain or give us a map of the hotel and surrounding areas. The eating areas of the hotel were Extremely over priced With one normal burger costing aus $48 that was with all the restaurants at this hotel. So we were finding we would eat away from the hotel at all times.
