Great little hotel!
The reception staff are friendly inviting and super helpful! The room was small but that was to be expected it did have a tiny bath tub I enjoyed after a long day of walking around! I would like to thank the breakfast staff for not laughing at my appetite because everything was so tasty we ate everything they offered on the plates with the many sections! (So thought!)

Poor 2.0
Book an other hotel.
The room was so small that my bags can fit on it. The bathroom smells bad The bed was so soft and uncomfortable But my worst experience was that they have a promo printed on the room that you can buy a service that someone comes a pic up your bags. When I went to the lobby to leave my bags the the lady told me that I can’t leave the bags there. I went to my room to pick the printed promo and went down again. She refuse to that. So I start calling the company to see what can we do. BUT Now that same lady told me that I can’t be in the freaking lobby. No way I paid 100 for every night and I can’t be at the lobby for 10 mins. I pick up all my staff and leave to another hotel, 2 blocks away E HIGASHI SHINJUKU.
