I had a great stay at Cabo Vista Hotel. The room was spotless. It’s was a home away from home. Although I saw many guests rent a car, I chose not to and it was fine. Cabo Vista was like a 15-20 min walk to Medano Beach; about a 10-15 min walk to the Marina; and about a 5 min walk to the downtown area. There’s also Uber- which is super inexpensive, bicitaxis, and water taxis to get around. The staff at Cabo Vista are super nice and friendly. The rooms have a stove top, pots/pans/utensils, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen (with firestick), and AC. Every morning I was pleasantly surprised with a gift bag of cereal, milk, some type of pastry, and a fruit. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here 4 nights for a scuba vacation. Clean rooms w kitchenettes, free wifi (worked great!) coffee and continental breakfast, comfy beds and pillows, fresh towels and linen change daily, mopped floors daily, helpful reception staff, secure gated entry, clean beach towels and umbrellas available to lend out too. Easy 10-15 minute walk into town but Uber anywhere from the hotel is fast and cheap. If they build a pool out back that would be sweet. Great value!!!

Calm, well-equipped small hotel with a friendly staff, good Internet, Netflix, AC, a little breakfast, and a parking space. I stayed the first few days and returned after making a road trip around Baja California Sur. All you need for a nice stay in Cabo!

Fantastic Hotel & Service!
I absolutely loved staying at Cabo Vista Hotel! The service was fantastic, and the room was clean and spacious. It was great having a full kitchen, as well as a beautiful view of the city. It's also in a great location - only a mile from the beach! The Smart TV is also a nice perk; I wish all hotels did this. Next time I go to Cabo I would consider staying here as it is a great value for your money!!

Enjoyed this small hotel immensely. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) to the downtown and Marina areas. We were often too tired to walk back and an Uber from downtown was only $3 USD. The area was in a local neighborhood but we felt totally safe. Rooms look exactly as pictured. Only small detractor is it seemed they may ration the hot water so be quick in the shower! Would definitely return.

Cabo Vista Hotel provides clean, lovely, comfortable, fresh, value for money accommodation operated by attentive, careful, accommodating, friendly staff. Location suited us perfectly, an easy 20 min walk in each direction to the marina, beach (opened 15 June), and great eateries.
