We found the double room too small for us. Very small bed & very cramped.... no space for suitcases. We moved to a twin room which was much better. Don’t think the double rooms are for larger people!!!!

Poor 2.0
Location - excellent. Room - small but functional. Front desk - cold and very disspointing. I stayed 2 nights and returned for 1 night for our departure flight home the following day. Unfortunately, a super typhoon was forecast to hit Tokyo, delaying my flight for another day. I needed to extend my room for a night and was told very very coldly by the front desk manager "no room available" when we asked at 10pm. I asked if we could come back again later to check again and he said yes. We went to check again at past midnight and was told by him "sorry, no room". He wasnt showing any compassion at all when he said that. He was impatient, rude, cold and was uninterested in assisting guests. I was with my family in 2 separate room and we have a 6 year old child with us. When asked if we could just be on the waiting list for at least a room so we could ride out the typhoon, he answered again "no". At that time, the wind was strong and the rain was heavy outside. Helplessly, we ask if we could stay at the hotel lobby after checking out to ride out the typhoon. He replied. " No. After check out, you got to leave!" I lost it! We managed to book another hotel, ACT Hotel Shibuya, and stayed there over the typhoon. The experience at ACT Hotel is totally different! Although a much smaller hotel, they opened up the restaurant free for all guests. Knowing shops were closed, they brought out cup noodles for guests. That is compassion! GRACERY, you need to learn.
