It took a long time to get the heating controls to work and had to set the temperature to a lot higher than wanted to get it to go on. Not good when the room is very cold when arriving. Breakfast - not enough staff on. Things were taking too long to get refilled. Cooked breakfast buffet was good quality but tepid in temperature. Shower not very hot.
