We got in there at 7:30 p.m. the room was quite comfortable. TV was working so when we talk to management, they came to the room immediately. They worked on the TV for a few minutes, then gave us another room without hesitation. They were very kind in the way they spoke and acted. The room was clean, the bed was relatively comfortable and we were in the back end of the building where was quite quiet.

The smell
Room door opens to a blast if perfume. Within seconds the odour under the perfume reveals itself. It was mildew from the carpet mixed with a very pungent smell like cat piss. The room is cheap so I didn't stay night #2. Night #1 was just a 5:00am crash site so I couldn't be bothered to move.

Property decor was very dated, clean but nothing more. Checked in, given key and told to put in mailbox when leaving. Tv, microwave & fridge in room with notice to turn everything off if using microwave. Power bar (Full) behind TV for appliances and plug behind bed for lamp, no place to plug mobile phone in.

Our toilet was clogged upon arrival. We went to the front desk to ask them to fix it or change rooms. They handed us a plunger and said to do it ourselves. Not the kind of service I expect, even in an inexpensive motel
