Liked: the view of the grounds and the river, a deep bath and shower very stylish and at great temperature, even the floor was excellent: a sort of stone slab warm to the touch and very clean. the boat tour and walk on the protected island excellent as well. Staff were quick to respond to some minor issues. Loved the pool and the massage. Disliked: *the toilet door is just a carved out screen, no privacy at all (but it has a lock haha) *reception booked us a tour to a gorge to see the very rare bald crow but didn’t tell us it was a very steep hike (we are 60 and have knee problems) and at a time there were no birds around as they move away from their nests during the day, so either early morning or end of the day should have been recommended.

Perfect location for a quite holiday. Beautiful environment, very friendly staff and good food. Rooms need touch up and thorough cleaning. Extras on room(eg. room service) should be Farely charged.

Nice facility ..... great and friendly staff . Room was very neat a little smaller than I anticipated . The buffet breakfast was awesome and the restaurant has an extensive menu for lunch and dinner . I was also a little disappointed that there was no iron or ironing board in the "basic room ". I was charged for having my clothes ironed . In all in all a great hotel with picturesque views and outstanding facilities . I highly recommend this resort without any reservations .
