I like eco friendly but that does not mean bare! Room has no phone to call the front desk. The room has a desk but no chair so I had to walk to the front best and request one. The shower has no place to put soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.. Construction noise in the morning. I told them not to clean my room and when I returned it was cleaned.

Although there is construction going on, the hotel took responsibility for the noise level and allowed me to cancel my remaining days and book elsewhere. They were a real class act and I would highly recommend.

I wanted to stay in a chilled calm hotel and I got just what i needed here. It was a little of the way out from the main strip, so didn't get the overflow of tourists. It's surrounded by some great restaurants and cafes too. My room was clean and the shower was piping hot. My friend stayed in a different room and for her birthday they decorated her room. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

I loved that it was eco-friendly. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and so nice. It's location was close to everything that we needed. I will truly will be returning back. The vibe was peaceful and beautiful.

The staff members are great. The rooms are spacious; however the walls are extremely thin. They are doing construction to build a new and improved restaurant and bar (which wasn’t there like the description stated) so I had to wake up to that every morning. If you’re going just for the jacuzzi don’t waste your time! The actual pool is nice and the location is good because it’s literally right across from the military base.

Very clean with good WiFi, staff, and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A uniquely enjoyable decor, clean rooms, great porches, pool view. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I was an idiot and had trouble finding the place, so I called, and they came out on the street to find me and flag me down. A great help!

The room was absolutely amazing and affordable. I got a nice jacuzzi room, which was gorgeously decorated. The only con was that it is not that close to the touristic area and the jacuzzi takes a few hours to fill up. I highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to Tulum, I will definitely stay here again!
