Great staff
Old room and poor breakfast very expensive though
Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the hotel made a mistake on my reservation and I was forced to relocate hotels (with their aid). The front desk and doorman were extremely friendly. The room was cleaned daily and was dependable. The room service and the restaurant (located in the hotel) were awful! After sitting down for dinner, it took the waitress about 45 minutes to bring me the menu. The food was severely overpriced and it wasn’t very good! After asking for the check, it took them another 40 minutes plus to bring that! I didn’t dare pay with a credit card! That would have taken forever to process. The hostess apologized for the poor service and blamed it on the restaurant being very busy. Besides myself, there were 3 tables of guests eating. The menu is very vague on pricing. In the Ukraine, restaurants charge by the weight of the food. For example, a ribeye steak is advertised as being 180uah for each 10 grams of weight! They do this with everything from salads to the main course! If you are on a budget, be very careful with this! It is impossible to estimate what the tab will end up being! It would be far better for them to just list the price, as is done in the USA. I was in shock, when I was handed a $475 tab for 3 people for lunch! So bring your calculator!!!

Location of this hotel is really good and is beside a big shopping centre if you wish to buy something. It is a short walk to Arcadia. Because it is situated near one of the busiest roads in the Arcadia area, it can be quite noisy. Service was a bit hit and miss, but this might be because of language (I am English).

Would be great ifhey had a pool, or if all rooms had a balcony. But this is a great hotel, it is very modern and more western style then most hotels in Odessa. I always stay here when i goto Odessa

Hotel location was excellent. The service was very good! Your restaurant was one of the best we've tried so far. Perhaps, your restaurant is number 1 reason for us to come back to your hotel. We did not like your mattresses. A 4-star hotel like yours must have better mattresses. have big heavy comfortable mattresses like in your competitor's hotel Nemo.
