directions and location were terrible
I only problem I had was finding the hotel. When I clicked on the directions on my reservation, it directly me a mile away to the Hampton Inn. When I Googled the hotel, it directly me miles away. Not able to speak spanish that well, when I called the hotel, no one spoke english and they hung up. It took me an 1 1/2 hours to locate the hotel.

Good first stay but suggest shuttle service
Wonderful first stay at Hyatt Place Ciudad Del Carmen. The only set back or recommendation is shuttle service to and from Airport. Provided a few of us free shuttle service to airport using local taxi at 6:30 am and the next one is at 10 am. Should be more professional and have an actual Hyatt shuttle bus like other hotels in the area. Fortunately, I only had a carry on and the other guest had languages. Imagine if I had languages, it would fit in the taxi.

Comfy desk chair
Easy to book using my Hotels.com app! The couch was comfy and the TV had a wide selection of channels. Didn't notice there was a pool table until I was leaving. Will return to the Hyatt if I ever visit Ciudad del Carmen again.
