Bice hotel, with great staff
The staff were terrific. All very customer focused from Reception, Waiting staff, Pool area and Cleaning and Maintenance. The hotel is relatively small, the pool area very private and relaxed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice Sound was an issue, people going to their rooms late at night talking at full volume meant it carried all through the corridors. Dassia itself is a little disappointing, some small cosy restaurants but the beach area is small and dirty and the streets themselves could do with a clean uo.

We had a fantastic week at Tryp. The staff were all outstanding- nothing was too much to ask, we were treated like royalty throughout. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Nice room, everything you can think of was there. Lovely pool and garden area too! We took our 1 yr old and they were so accomodating to her needs.

We could not fault this hotel. The location was brilliant. Bus 7 takes you straight to corfu town. nearby mini supermarkets and dining options. Staff are really welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Next door is a tourist agent which was amazing for excellent excursions. Highly recommended one of the best vip hotels with stayed with recommended by expedia.

Great service, all staff are really friendly and have amazing memories to make your stay as great as they can. Nice pool area and food/breakfast was tasty with lots of options and plenty whether you arrive at 9 or 11am. Best welcome to a hotel I have ever had, given multiple drinks including alcohol in reception free of charge and a 15 min sit down welcome. Really great location with a few shops and plenty of lovely restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend highly for a lovely stay in Dassia

Terrible Experience
Terrible! Andreas at the front desk is wonderful, but that’s about it as far as wonderful goes. I was fooled by the pictures, which show the renovated public areas. My standard room was so outdated and old! These rooms have not been renovated. The g do loot was filthy with hard and a plastic clothing tag holder, which shows that the floor was never vacuumed or cleaned. I showed Andreas. He moved me to another room. Just as old and dated with faded stained burgundy blankets and a stain on my bed sheet. Again, I pointed this out to Andreas. Later, I see mildew between the shower tiles and in the corners of the shower. I wore flip flop shoes in the shower. To make things worse, I woke up with bites of some sort all over my neck and other body parts! This is unacceptable! The place is deceiving. These standard rooms have not been renovated at all. I’m very disappointed. Far from town and $40 one way to airport. They gave me a nice welcome bottle of Prosecco and other little gifts. I stayed outside drinking th
