When we arrive there The first they arrange us to stay at quarantine floor Which means our room also a quarantine room Then we request to change to non quarantine floor They let us late check in until 4:30 since they said need to wait While the room states that is non smoking room, actually we go in is full of smoke smell, and the bed stain, in the night we can’t even sleep properly since itching. Please do something to improve not because mco then u can cincai prepare the room thank you.
