Excellent
I actually didn't stay at the North Gower location as they were having renovation issues. They moved me to their Cartwright Gardens property which is much nicer and in the same area. I have been staying at both of these properties for years and will continue to do so. The staff are professional and friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent. Slight problem with wifi strength though in my particular room this time. Please note that bathrooms are not very large but fine for me.

Great value for your money, we stayed 7 nights and having a fully equipped kitchen save as a lot of money. It’s no located in the tourist zone but it’s close to buses stop, train stations Euston 2 blocks away and King Cross St Pancras a 15 minutes walk and Subway to Heathrow and everywhere in between 2 minutes walk. (Warren Station. The rooms are in the smaller size but comfortable enough. We plan to return every time we visit London

Very rude staff. Room smelt of chemicals. Bed was old room was tiny and train noises kept me up. Had to walk 30 mins with luggage to get key as no reception after 6. Avoid.
