It is great hotel apartment and clean, very good location. Entrance to the towers are from parking area that was very hot and noisy.

Book 2 days and only get 1.5 days of actual room?
From the beginning I was already having a terrible experience. Check in time is 3:00 pm and my room wasn’t ready until 7:00pm. That is unacceptable and I wasn’t even offered anything for their delay. I would never go there again. There were also 3 other families waiting for the same thing.

Worst service upon arrival I have ever seen
My family including 10 years old son have arrived to this hotel at 2:30 AM after 8 hours trip to Dubai. We’ve been very tired. But the manager at the reception gave us SMOKING room, absolutely saying nothing about that! I didn’t order the smoking room at all! but absolutely not paying attention to it and despite my little son the manager gave us such a room. We spent around an out after we have rejected this smoking room awaiting for a nonsmoking one. so we didn’t get enough sleep and the first impression of visiting Dubai was completely spoiled. And all of this because of the awful management

Our stay at Roda Amwaj was amazing. We had booked a 3 bedrooms suite but on arrvial we were booked into a 4 bedrooms suite which was great for a family of 5. The loctation is amazing,JBR is the best tourist destination in Dubai. The service at Roda Amwaj is excellent. We will definitely be back

Below par this time
I have stayed several times in Roda Amwaj and never had an issue, this time however was very different. Service was lacking any sense or urgency from check in to checkout. At checkin the desk stated my ID was not valid and to the point where i was shown a picture of what an ID was. Clearly staff have not seen a Saudi Iqama before which clearly states what it is. We then found our room had ants, house keeping arrived after an hour of reporting the problem only to tell us the ants were there becuase of food and that there was nothing they could do till morning as they did not have any form.of household insect spray - i was able to walk to the supermarket downstairs and buy some which the hotel could not. Then the aircon stopped working and toom 2 days to sort. I asked to see the manager who was supposed to come to the room but never arrived. All in all a disappointment for a hotel which previously had delivered. I guess you can never judge the service until you actually need it.

Excellent location. Apartment was huge, plenty of space and very quiet. Only negative was they didn't change the bedsheets all week. Also they key cards deactivated twice during the week and we would have to go back down to reception to get then reactivated. Also reception was very busy at all times. Needs a bigger area and more staff. We were checking in at around 2:30 am and it should have been quick and easy at that time but wasn't. But overall we would definitely stay here again.
