Good hotel with medium budgets
The rooms were clean but quite small (still has enough room for luggages and a space tho). We availed the semi double and double economy rooms and it was worth what we paid for

So-so
Staff were very polite and professional. They brought our bags to our room for us while we were out, but when we arrived, our room was open. We had some valuables in our luggage, as many guests might have, so it was a little unnerving to see the door not even shut. Room was a decent size and the "city view" isn't the best on the tenth floor. The bathroom had a gross smell, even if it was cleaned. The room wasn't exactly as clean as we would have liked. Crumbs on the chair and some stains in the carpet. Our bed light was also broken, so that couldn't be used. The location was about 15mins walk from Akihabara which was nice and we could take the subway to Tokyo Solamachi in about 20 mins or less, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. They need some updating perhaps. The Lawson's that is connected to the hotel is definitely a plus, however.

Exceptional 10.0
Everything was good; clean bed and soft pillows, enough space to lay open 2 luggages, bath tub bigger than most in the area, great view of Sky Tree, many small eateries nearby (Lawsons is just below!), 1min walk to the nearest JR station or 4min walk to Toei Subway station
