Probably the worst hotel experience I ever had
Roof was leaking during the night. Hot water wasnt running for the most of the time. Wi-Fi comes on and off. Nonstop construction goes on since early in the morning. Way overpriced for its condition. Restaurant is cash only and tried to scam us.

It was our first time visiting Tulum. I took my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday, we stay at this resort for a week. And it was amazing, our room was a few steps from the ocean. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room window. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location with beautiful beaches, delicious food at the cantina, and all around friendly and helpful staff. There was a tropical storm while we were there, and the staff worked fast and hard to make sure we stayed safe and moved us to another inland hotel. When the storm cleared, we came back and enjoyed this beautiful property. Highly recommended!

It is a great place to relax make sure to get the the room with private bath unless you are ok sharing your bath. Lost of beach beds, food is good and service was great was well , visit cenote casa tortuga, try other beach clubs they are free as long as you consume at leas $40 during the stay

Amazing property if you are looking for no frills. It felt like glamping. Awesome bar/restaurants. Grounds are well kept with amazing views of the ocean. It is in the north of Tulum main city which makes it amazing during the night. You are in close proximity but still get to keep your peace and quite. Will definitely revisit when we are in Tulum.
