This is a very comfortable and beautiful place to visit. Must go right time of year no air conditioning. Staff was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent better than US Best Western. Remember this is a tropical paradise and brings as such expect some bugs and humidity issues. On a Costa Rica scale I would say it’s a 4 star easy. If you’re expecting American style properties then you may be dissatisfied. It’s gorgeous grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very very wonderful

The rooms are very spacious, modern, clean design... the views (based on our room) spectacular. The people working there were all very kind and helpful. The only downside (noted by others here) is the food. After one dinner we made reservation at restaurants in town. Not dreadful by any means, but certainly not rising beyond mediocre.

Incredible sheets and pillows and comfortable bedding. Beautiful garden and tasteful and original artwork. Friendly, kind and eager to accommodate my family including my 86 year old mother. Fantastic breakfast included. I highly recommend this place the sunsets are amazing.
