More like Ibis hotel which is in favor of local outside sports fan. Better to drive your own car can here you will enjoy the beautiful view and quiet suburb life. But if for casual tourists traveling with family, it’s also can be decided to choose hotel in Berchtesgadener, where is more convenient for shopping stuff.

The hotel was in an excellent location within a short walk to the Königssee lake. The hotel was super clean and offered good food for breakfast. The one negative was the location of our room. We were on the ground floor immediately next to the parking lot. We could not even have curtains open or else people could see us very well.

It was simple but all worked and well organised. Very clean, great breakfast. Reception staff were chatty, restaurant bar staff not.

It is a motel not a hotel. No amenities in the room even a mug/glass for teeth brushing. My room is a connection room with the other room, but haven’t locked the door between us. Only one staff serve for reception and the bar when I check in.
