Quiet, comfortable stay in a great location
This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel in the heart of Soho. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I always appreciate coffee, which was both provided in the room and the lobby. The restaurant looked like quite a lot of fun, but I did not have a chance to dine. Maybe next time!

Great for the money.
Hotel is amazing for the price. Super comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows. Friday’s and Saturday’s are very loud due to the party/outdoor dining on the front patio and getting a good night sleep is more difficult. They also don’t run the AC on weeknights - we were there in October during a warm spell. Guests tend to be under 30.

A very nice stay.
Check in was easy and the staff was excellent. They treated us very well and I'd like to thank them for that. The room was spacious and clean although it could use a bit of updating. For example, our charger plugs would not stay in the wall...they'd fall out of the sockets at the slightest touch. I've never seen that before. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft and flat. Easy enough fix. The location is excellent with tons of things to see and do all in walking distance.

The hotel has a great location. The restuarant was good. My only complaint is that when I paid the bill at the restuarant, i charged the food & beverage to the room. I decided to give the waiter his tip in cash. Shortly after the manager came over to ask if everything was ok. I told him that it couldn't have been better. He asked why i didn't leave a tip? I thought that was out of place to try to shame me in front of my two guests. I told the restuarant manager that I tipped in cash. HE then went and asked the waiter if I indeed left him a tip in cash. What i find disgusting about this whole situation is that the manager behaved as if tipping was mandatory. I tipped my waiter $20 cash for a $120 bill. Tipping is optional and I shouldn't be made to feel that its mandatory or be shamed in front of my guests. The worst part of this situation is that I did actually tip.

Gem of a hotel in Soho.
We booked this hotel last minute. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a lovely botique hotel. Our room was quite large for NY. They have thought of so many little things to make the stay comfortable. Fantastic location, great restaurants everywhere. We were able to use the rooftop deck on the 4th of July to watch fireworks from the Empire State building. What a view. We will absolutely stay here again.

Poor 2.0
Room size is supposed to be over 300sqft according to their website but it was barely over 200sqft. It was very loud at night so we had to switch our room.
