Exceptional 10.0
Great Hospitality Service
The amenities are great- from tooth brush with small tubes of tooth paste, green tea, slippers, and pajamas, The free breakfast was so much better than any of those in the States. Great quality. Croissants were yummy and scrumbled egg had rich flavor. With the price you pay, this is so worth it.

Overall was great. A small request is that some fresh vegetable salad for breakfast would be great.

13 Night stay in Jan 2019, could have been better
We did a 13 night stay at the hotel in January 2019. The room was very small for 3 people, and it is unrealistic to expect 3 people (regardless of age) to sleep on 1 bed that is full / queen size. We made the most of the situation and enjoyed the free breakfast initially, however the lack of food variety made the breakfast useless fairly quickly, other than the bread with butter (or jelly). In addition, the room description did not make it clear that rooms with only 1 bed do not have a washer / dryer - the laundromat across the street worked well, although it seemed a little expensive compared to ones in the United States. A few other notes that may help others: - The heater / air conditioner in the unit seemed to work ok, but a basic English guide would have helped know what the buttons did without having to get help from the front desk. The same applies for the TV / remote - is a basic English guide asking too much? - Robes / slippers should not be constantly restocked (or stocked at all) when it is clear the ones from the previous day were not used. - It should be possible to get more than 1 extra blanket from the front desk without hassle. - There is a great, affordable Aeon (I think) spin-off supermarket about 2 minutes walking from the hotel. - The front desk staff were avoided, mainly because their inability to communicate / understand English. A "English cheat sheet" of commonly asked questions by hotel guests that speak English would have helped!
