Very Good
The staff reception was professional and very helpful. This is a good hotel in the very city centre of Sofia offering nice double room accommodation even if the outlook is a little bit old fashion style . An overall great experience but with just a thing that I have to underline and I still do not understand: in the lift there was no a partition between the cabin and the wall, so you could even touch the wall while going up and down and I have found this not normal at all and even dangerous

The location, the staff and the views are amazing! All rooms have terraces, which is great! I also like the hard mattresses and that the bathrooms have a bathtub. The condition of the actual rooms is decent but the age shows. They could use refurbishment (cupboards, window frames, terraces, bathrooms).

Great location with beautiful views from the high floors. Staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean but the rooms need renovation, they are far from new.

The room was nice big and comfortable. The bathroom was functional. clean, big, but past due for renovations. All in all it was a fine stay.

Great location to explore city ( city center) all you may need it's literally outside - 5mins walk- Shops, bars, restaurants and club next door in the basement. 6th-floor room with a mountain view - SUPER! Plentiful breakfast. I would come back.
