Most incompetent service
The service was absolutely incompetent. The pool bar restaurant with only 4 tables occupied took 20 min to bring 2 coca colas. When we came down to have dinner in the hotel restaurant the man at the reception/check in said there is no restaurant in the hotel. When I pulled up the website for the hotel he said this is not our hotel. I asked him to take a look at the pictures and then he said ah yes it is the hotel but the restaurant is closed. I'm sorry but please train your staff..

Location; breakfast offerings; room service's offerings were superbly priced, delicious, and presented very well - at signature pizza twice and angus burger, plus chicken dishes twice; lovely large balcony facing the sea and smaller balcony facing away from the sun but views of pool and other property amenities; and, staff was very helpful in planning our getaways to Sparti; Messini; Koroni; and, the desired local sites we wanted to visit or frequent to eat. Finally, the housekeeping team was awesome. We will return to this property.

Very enjoyable, close to the beach and they gave us a free upgrade with a private pool. It was wonderful and breakfast had a large selection. It also had ample parking on site so we didn’t worry about the car. I would definitely recommend.

The property is very well planned and it is very attractive. The facilities are very good and the service and attendance of all personnel is very commendable. We definitely recommend it to others and we would like to stay there again. The hotel may need to consider the privacy on the verandas between rooms.
