2.5 Star Hotel
Not too ideal for people with family. Hotel is a little run down, torn wall papers, old amenities, room is small. Shower hot water is good though especially if going in cold season, hot water runs fast and there's free coffee at level 2 reception. May be suitable for fuss free traveler who is on a budget. Car park does not belong to hotel and the charges are exorbitant. 12 mins for 400Y. We parked for 30 - 45 mins to do check in and got charged 2800Y. There's other parking within the vicinity though that are cheaper. Offload the bags and then park elsewhere if driving.

Don’t stay here
Without exaggeration by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly and the breakfast was disgusting at £200 per night a rip off. Needs a complete makeover. Felt I was in a low class hostel. The only plus point was the location and staff which I cannot fault.

Good 6.0
OK for quick getaway
The hotel was comfortable enough for short stays, the surrounding area has lots of restaurant, walking distance to the train station but beware if you have big luggage, not enough space for those. for the price this hotel is OK

Less than average hotel with a high nightly rate.

Exceptional 10.0
As advertised.
We found the accommodations to be exactly as advertised in the pictures. Meals were good at the on-site restaurant. The location is great for people needing a Tokyo base, a couple of our tours departed from meeting places very close by. It's also close to Shinjuku Station. The staff was able to help us ship our bags into our next destination. We would stay there again, if we happen to get back to Japan.
