Only ok
It was ok room wasn’t very warm condition of bathroom only ok didn’t like the shower no door or curtain so everything gets wet no where to put bath supplies . No pool even though pool was advertised . It would be fine if you were paying 100& a night but I was paying 350$. So not worth that. Reception was very nice though upon arrival she let us check in early .

Titanic first class experience
Fabulous hotel!!!!! Very spacious room with super comfy beds. Tons of plug sockets. Loved the rainfall shower over the jacuzzi bath and the kitchen was an added bonus. Gorgeous decor throughout the hotel. Great value evening meal/drinks and delicious. Exceptional service from the staff at dinner and breakfast. The breakfast came second only to the Ritz and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely make this my first choice when staying in Liverpool.

Spacious hotel in a ideal location
Hotel was lovely and spacious, in an ideal location for whatever we wanted to do. However was not pleased when I found a few stains on the bedding so feel more care should be taken with the laundry. Other than that the hotel was great.

Great base for a family trip to Chester Zoo
We booked the hotel for a short family break to Liverpool and Chester Zoo. It was a great location and there was a unique feel to the hotel. The staff were great, and gave us some really good pointers on where to visit, including the World Museum which is well worth a visit. There was a train station just down the road which takes you to Chester where you can get a bus to the zoo. The room was lovely, and had bedside sockets (it’s shocking how many places don’t these days). The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a giant water jet bath and waterfall shower. The only improvements I’d like to see to the room are bedside lights. There was only one main light (a beautiful chandelier), which meant it wasn’t possible to lower the lighting. It was all or nothing. There’s no parking at the hotel so we left the car at a nearby Q Park car park. It wasn’t terribly cheap, but we’d factored it in before booking the hotel, and the car park was easily accessible, well lit and secure.
