Attractive decor, impractical bathroom
Nice, accommodating staff, comfortable room. Very attractive but Impractical bathroom. Sink has no bowl & cannot be used to wash anything. HUGE rectangular bathtub takes over 1/2 hr to fill and has very high wall to step over. Good that toilet is in a separate room. Everything else was very nice.

The view overlooking fez was really especial. Most of the staff were friendly (Thanks Warda, Khaled &Mohammed) except for few that didn’t even bother to smile. The hotel offers shuttle service to the old Madeena. Food was average at best. We had three different rooms and one had a problem with the shower(hot/cold) and another was all see through so if you’re staying with a friend not a partner it won’t be convenient.

Amazingly beautiful hotel, gorgeous facilities, excellent staff, good location - this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The hotel is nicely located away from the bustle of the Medina (which was a good choice we thought) with amazing views over the city. The rooms, hotel facilities, pool - everything was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food and drink (although very expensive, the norm for these types of hotels, I guess) was delicious. I loved every moment of this stay and didn't want to leave!
