Good location
Good place to be around ginza street, and walk in distance from the fish market. Also subway just few walk to be in.

Totally worth it!
The hotel is perfectly located in Ginza, near a metro station and about 1.5km walking distance from the Tokyo station. The room was super clean, comfortable, equipped with all the necessary items (and even more): refrigerator (with two bottles of complimentary water), iron and ironing board, safe, hair dryer, air humidifier, air conditioning, free WiFi (which actually really works, in contrast to many hotels with unusable "free wifi" or none at all), a large TV set (if anyone even needs that), several mirrors, light switches near the bed with a convenient 'all off' button, large variety of toiletries (including toothbrushes with the toothpaste, q-tips, etc), and even more. The staff is super-kind and helpful. Every morning there is a newspaper (The Japan Times + International New York Times) left at your room. All in all, they provide the basic set of services that hotels normally do, it's just that it is all done with perfection and care. Given the quality of their services, the price for a room seems to be very, very reasonable.

Exceptional 10.0
Excellent stay as always. The room is very clean, and they are very thoughtful since we are traveling with our 10mo, they even gave us child amenities, everyday. Service is impeccable, very helpful staff. We got all the help and info we need. Location is unbeatable.

Exceptional 10.0
I have to say, Ginza is not my favorite neighborhood in Tokyo. But, having said that, this hotel is great. And the icing on the cake is the efficient, kind, fluent-in-English staff. They go out of their way to help you. I happened to have stayed in a 5* in Tokyo, and the level of service was not this high. And it was always with a smile and a no problem attitude. The only real drawback is that I thought the breakfast, for the price you pay, was mediocre. I stayed in the same chain in Kanazawa and the breakfast was less expensive and significantly better.
