Excelent!
It was very good. very close to Metro station and in a safe place. Admission staff were very polite and well-mannered but not very fluent in English. Also hotel has no room service and a restaurant at nights. TV channels were very limited and not good for such a high-class hotel.

Good location
Good place to be around ginza street, and walk in distance from the fish market. Also subway just few walk to be in.

Very Good 8.0
The location and service was excellent. However room size was small compared to others we have stayed in Tokyo, so the feeling was cramped.

Very nice hotel, a possible for next time
Hotel is very nice, in a really busy area so places to eat, shop, close to metro stations, rooms are nice and clean, small but modern, hotel staff is kind and helpful however because of a mistake with the booking (not my fault), they would not accommodate and extra coupon for free (included with booking) breakfast which I thought was petty, but ended up being ok as the breakfast was not fabulous. The hotel was kind of hidden behind a huge fencing type structure as some renovation/construction or something was going on. It was unsightly but did not impede our coming and goings. Would probably stay again just because of familiarity if could not find a better deal, but it is a very nice hotel
