Excelent!
It was very good. very close to Metro station and in a safe place. Admission staff were very polite and well-mannered but not very fluent in English. Also hotel has no room service and a restaurant at nights. TV channels were very limited and not good for such a high-class hotel.

Awesome staff & great location
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! You can take the subway from both Narita and Haneda to higashi-ginza, and exit 1 elevator goes directly up to the entrance. It was super convenient to meet up! Concierge service was great and they helped me make reservations for meals even on a short notice (for high-end sushi). The bed was a bit on the harder side, but not uncomfortable, and the room was great size for Tokyo with pretty thoughtful selection of items and free water. All the shopping options and Tsukiji is in walking distance. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout on our last day, and the staff was really helpful helping us to the taxi and all. All things considered, it was really perfect for the area. I just had a normal room with no view (faces lobby), but the service was top quality.
