Great place to rest your head. Tub could be scrubbed better.
It was a short stay but it was a good. It’s very close to 403 so that’s a plus.
Staff hid behind an enclosure you couldnt even see who you were talking to instead of putting up plexiglass. Had to bend down to see through a crack. Very dusrespectful. NOTHING IN ROOM!! No coffee tea kettle.
My stay was fine. Location had no restaurants within walking distance.
Friendly service , fast and efficient and clean front area
Staff were pleasant, check in and check were very efficient. Room was small, requested a queen bed but got a double. Really appreciated that there was no carpet in the room. Mirror in bathroom was not cleaned and the shower curtain rod was falling down making it difficult to keep curtain closed, as a result water was going everywhere in the bathroom. Also found a receipt from someone else’s stay, made me wonder how well the room was actually cleaned.
I was in a hurry and needed a place to jam a quick overnight sleep it was great
there was a sticky film all over the floor ????other than that it was ok
Clean & quiet.....of course it helps that bookings were light because of covid.
The property took a deposit and didn't return it to my credit card. I was called later that day and asked to return to the property to collect my deposit. I was already out of the city or Burlington and in Toronto. I'll have to pick it up in a couple of days when I'm heading back to Burlington. What an inconvenience and I'm not happy about it.
