Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds. Walking distance to old town Prague

Prague is a beautiful capital city but the old town area is a maze of small streets and this hotel is walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were very helpful and I was pleased about my upgrade.

Check in was easy and the staff helped us with all transportation issues as well as suggestions for getting around the city and tours. It is not a property however if one has any physical handicaps. Rooms are small with steps and can be difficult to get to. Overall, we loved it.

The Metropolitan is in a very central location surrounded by a hip neighborhood. We have stayed here four years ago and it isn’t as good as it used to be, but still worth for being able to reach all parts of the old town just by foot. The breakfast is varied and good value. The rooms have seen better days, but are clean and warm. It would have been nice to get a fresh supply of shower gel every other day maybe.

The facility itself was spotless throughout, with our room arriving immaculately clean and remaining that way. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully presented, which speaks volumes about the hotel's standards overall. The accommodation was exactly as described. The room matched what we expected perfectly, with comfortable bedding, ample space, and all the amenities you could ask for. It is always reassuring when a hotel delivers precisely what it promises, and this one did without question. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, quality cheeses and cold cuts, and excellent coffee. There was genuinely something for everyone, and we looked forward to it every morning.
