beautiful setting and nature

this is a lovely setting for a relaxing weekend. beautiful grounds, and views. very peaceful. i would try it again, but i don't think they were ready for the summer reason yet. equipment needed repairs, pool was being renovated (no changing rooms), sauna/hot tub was closed, and nobody could start the firepit so we could sit outside. we wanted a bed for 2 people since we are a married couple, but got a room with 2 separate beds, and no offer to put them together. finally, i made a reservation for 2 for my husband's birthday dinner and requested a seat by the window. the dinner was delicious, but we were not seated by the window. when i nicely asked the host about this, he rudely said all of the tables by the windows were reserved. we had a late seating (8:30pm) and there were 3 open tables by the window which stayed open the rest of the evening. i'm not sure why they didn't try to accommodate for a special occasion, but we were the only minorities in the restaurant and thought that may have played into it...

Great location but it really is a conference venue

Great location to get out and about from and discover the archipelago. Very nice main lobby and rooms. Good breakfast and the restaurant by the water is fantastic. We had an amazing night listening to live music. The staff are lovely and helpful as well. But we rattled around in the vast space feeling like we missed the party. Finally they need to spend some time and money on upkeep in the grounds, buildings and facilities. All a bit unloved despite the natural beauty.

Fantastiskt upplevelse

Jag och mitt barnbarn hade det super fint upplevelse , tonåringar brukar vara kräsna men allt var super bra tycker vi båda . Det var rent och fräscht överallt , maten var jätte god , personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga . Kommer definitivt att besöka Djuronäset igen .
