    wouldn’t go back
Staff was standoffish. Beds were insanely uncomfortable. Couldn’t utilize bar area. No microwaves in room. Honestly, just seemed like guests were a problem for all the staff.

    Not very good
We arrived and the room was good. However there was hair in the bathroom in the hairdryer. We understand the Covid issues but we called for towels and it took 4 hours and we had to call multiple times. We asked for shampoo conditioner soap and hangers. We did not get soap. The ice machine did not work. They didn’t have enough people in staff the desk clerk said it was her and one other person and that’s why things were messed up

Carpet in room was disgusting. Some of the main areas seemed dirty, and most hallways smelled like smoke.

    Poor 2.0
    Worst Property
Valet was forced, there was no vialble street options. A homeless shelter was next door to the property. Drug addicts and homeless seemed to be everywhere. We paid for a high floor to only have a view of an apartment building, we could see what these people were watching on tv it was so close. For paying extra I would expect a view of something. Sirens were heard all night, EVEN ON THE 14th FLOOR! the toilet ran all night. Overall not a good experience for myself, my wife, or my kids. The employees were nice but I would never stay here again. If you don’t have street parking your valet should cost anything. I wish I could talk to someone about a refund but the hotel won’t and this website doesn’t seem to have an actual person I can talk to.

    Overall a great stay!
Loved the setup of the lobby and rooms. Our room was great with one exception. The cooling/heat did not work properly. It was warm in the room and while we adjusted the thermostat it did not work until the next morning. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the television which was fixed right away.

The construction and traffic was crazy and the entrance was crazy because you could only use one door. And, for some reason the google maps would always lead the Uber and Lyft driver to the wrong side.

    Decent stay in less price
There is street parking. Valet is expensive. Due to Covid, the breakfast selection is not that great, but whatever was given, taste was good. The rooms were clean. The bathroom door didn't close though. The entire stay was relaxing nonetheless.

    Exceptional 10.0
    Accommodating staff
When booking through hotels.com they didn’t specify that there was a weight limit with my dogs. The staff was helping us look for accommodations that will accept us and them. After a few mins they were able to accept us for the short stay which I was grateful for. It’s hard to travel with your service or therapy animal and I’m glad they were able to help. Can’t thank you guys enough to make my stay comfortable.
