This hotel is “ok” can’t beat the view and the location is nice but the hotel is 2 star at best. Typical danish service ( very relaxed) rooms are sparsely furnished and it’s very dated, there is also a faint smell of mold. I’ve stayed here a few times because of the view and convenience. During these corona times though they need to work out a better system for the breakfast buffet. It was a cluster f*ck! Everyone was there at the same time and everyone was touching their face and there was no distance at all. Maybe making time slots available for guests would be a better idea.

Very dissapointed. Was treated like a burden by the staff and left early as was made to feel unwelcome. Will NOT recommend. Room ok but basic. Staff rude. Breakfast almost non existent...had to ask staff as only a little was available, which made the waitress huff and puff.

Checkin went perfectly and just as expected. We had the dinner buffet, which was traditional Danish fare. Everything was delicious and just the right temperature. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the amenities were as expected. The hotel is located on a lake and the view from the restaurant was stunning. We took a walk along the boardwalk by the lake and enjoyed the geese and ducks along the shore. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quite dull in it's interior. The lobby/reception is not cosy at all and the VERY small bar is dark and narrow. The room hasn't go a picture on the large white walls - only marks from frames that are no longer there The room was quite large - but not cosy at all. You got the feeling that nobody had taken the time or trubble to think about how you could furnish and decorate the room, but just stuck a bed and two armchairs in the room...........
